Jewelry

Our jewelry is made of a variety of high quality materials such as genuine gemstones, gold vermeil, sterling silver, 14K gold, 16K gold, 18K gold, and stainless steel. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail page.

Our promise to you is that all gemstones are 100% authentic! All of our gemstones are up to industry standards and are of the highest-quality. 

Gold plated jewelry when done correctly can be just as beautiful as solid gold while also allowing affordable jewelry. We use a base of silver or stainless steel to craft our rings. Using 2.5 microns of quality gold, we dip the base 3x which is 5x thicker than the current industry average!

To keep your jewelry at their best, give them occasional breaks and store them neatly in it's Distorted Angels pouch when not in use. To maintain the brilliant shine of your jewelry, avoid any contact with water. To properly polish your jewelry, use either a special jewelry or microfiber cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners, as it is likely to strip any plated jewelry, 

Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Jewelry that are not solid gold should never be worn in the shower, the pool or the ocean with the exception of stainless steel.

Shipping & Handling

USPS First Class domestic (USA) delivery takes 3-7 business days.

USPS Priority Mail domestic (USA) delivery takes 2-3 business days.

USPS First Class International takes 7-21 business days.

USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days.

Shipping rates may become unavailable due to carrier.

Delays in shipping may occur due to holidays. Shipping information and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.

Processing Time:

For custom items, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for production as it specially handmade just for you! 

For non-custom items, please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing time as all items are made specially to order. Delays may occur due to sales events or holidays.

Returned or unsuccessfully delivered packages due to an inaccurate mailing address are not eligible for refunds. All claims must be made through USPS carrier. If your item is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it or stuck in transit, please file a claim with USPS here

We ship domestically (U.S.) and internationally via USPS and DHL.

Returns and exchanges

We stand behind every piece that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help!

Any orders placed during a sale, with a discount or with a marked down price are final sale.

If above does not apply to your order, we accept unused, unworn, or defective jewelry returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivered date. 

Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping label cost.

International orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items excluding shipping charge.
