All materials are cleansed with Florida Water. We activate all crystals with moonlight (Full Moons), Starlight, Nature and with nothing but good intentions.

USPS First Class International takes 7-21 business days.

 Processing Time:

For custom items, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for production as it specially handmade just for you! 

For non-custom items, please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing time as all items are made specially to order. 
Delays may occur due to sales events or holidays.

  • If above does not apply to your order, we accept unused, unworn, or defective jewelry returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery of your pieces. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • All candle sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

CANDLE CARE

Love and enjoy every magical moment with your Distorted Candle. Please follow these safety precautions.

1. Burn within sight and never leave candle unattended.

2. Keep away from children, pets and flammable material.

3. Never extinguish a candle using water, this can cause excess steam and heat and may cause glass to explode. Use a candle snuffer to properly distinguish the flame.

4. Ensure your wick is upright and trimmed to 7mm during each use.

5. Never move a burning candle and ensure wax is solid before handling jar.

6. Do not burn candle all the way down, Extinguish the flame when 2 inchs of candle wax remains in the jar.

7. Do not use candle if the jar is cracked, chipped or broken.
