Processing Time:
For custom items, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for production as it specially handmade just for you!
For non-custom items, please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing time as all items are made specially to order.

RETURN POLICY
- Any orders placed during a sale, with a discount or with a marked down price are final sale.
- If above does not apply to your order, we accept unused, unworn, or defective jewelry returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivered date.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- All candle sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- No returns or exchanges on gift boxes or gift cards.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping label cost.
- Returned or unsuccessfully delivered packages due to an inaccurate mailing address are not eligible for refunds. All claims must be made through USPS carrier. If your item is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it or stuck in transit, please file a claim with USPS here.
- International orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.

CANDLE CARE
Love and enjoy every magical moment with your Distorted Candle. Please follow these safety precautions.
1. Burn within sight and never leave candle unattended.
2. Keep away from children, pets and flammable material.
3. Never extinguish a candle using water, this can cause excess steam and heat and may cause glass to explode. Use a candle snuffer to properly distinguish the flame.
4. Ensure your wick is upright and trimmed to 7mm during each use.
5. Never move a burning candle and ensure wax is solid before handling jar.
6. Do not burn candle all the way down, Extinguish the flame when 2 inchs of candle wax remains in the jar.
7. Do not use candle if the jar is cracked, chipped or broken.
