Shipping & Handling:
USPS First Class domestic (USA) delivery takes 3-4 business days.
USPS Priority Mail domestic (USA) delivery takes 1-2 business days.
USPS First Class International takes 7-21 business days.
USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days.
Please Note:
- Shipping includes up to $100 insurance coverage.
- Delays in shipping may occur due to holidays.
- Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in International countries where applicable.
- Distorted Angels is not responsible for tampered, lost, or incorrect address, stolen packages during shipping or upon arrival. All claims must be made through USPS carrier. If your item is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it or stuck in transit, please file a claim with USPS here.
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct address. If the address is incorrect and a void or resend occurs, they will be fully responsible for any shipping fees.
Return Policy:
- We offer exchanges for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Any item with a marked down price is final sale.
- No returns or exchanges on gift boxes or gift cards.
- If an item arrives damaged, DA Jewelry must be notified via email at info@distortedangels.com within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package. Returned damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging with original tags attached.
- Returned or unsuccessfully delivered packages due to an inaccurate mailing address are not eligible for refunds. All claims must be made through USPS carrier. If your item is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it or stuck in transit, please file a claim with USPS here.
- International orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
