RETURN POLICY 

  • Any orders placed during a sale, with a discount or with a marked down price are final sale.
  • If above does not apply to your order, we accept unused, unworn, or defective jewelry returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivered date.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • All candle sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping label cost.
  • Returned or unsuccessfully delivered packages due to an inaccurate mailing address are not eligible for refunds. All claims must be made through USPS carrier. If your item is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it or stuck in transit, please file a claim with USPS here.
  • International orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
